Ordering
Placing an order with Culture for Kids is very easy and safe.
Simply locate the item(s) you wish to purchase from our extensive
selection and follow these simple steps:
When the desired product
is found, click on the Shopping Cart Icon associated with
the item.
The contents of your
shopping basket will be displayed. This information reveals
the product number, title, quantity, and per unit cost. If
multiple quantities of the same item are desired, you may
change the number of items from the default of one (1) to
the appropriate number. You may continue shopping by clicking
on the Category Search tab on the top of the web page, or
you may go to checkout by clicking on the Proceed to Final
Checkout button on the bottom of the basket page. Each time
subsequent items are selected for purchase, by clicking on
the associated Add to Cart button, this shopping basket page
will appear to reveal the total contents and price. Items
may be removed from the shopping basket by clicking on the
Remove Item button.
Click on the appropriate
button for where the items will be shipped to (Ohio, Other
U.S. states, or International).
Click on the Proceed
to Final Checkout button to proceed with your purchase. An
Order ID Number will appear in the top left hand corner. Your
order will appear with the appropriate charges for shipping
and handling and tax if applicable. You will be prompted to
enter your billing address, your shipping address if different,
phone number and e-mail address. Please enter your credit
card number and expiration date.
Click on Purchase button
at the bottom of the page. Once you have entered the needed
information, a page similar to the shopping basket page will
be displayed in which the final contents of your shopping
basket are listed with your bill-to and ship-to information.
A comment box will appear
on this page where messages for gift cards or comments or
questions about shipping, deliveries, or your order can be
entered. Upon clicking on Submit Comment, this message will
be forwarded to our Customer Service Department along with
your order and will be responded to or acted on promptly.
This is the only record of your order. You must save or print
this page for your records.

If you wish to
pay with a check, money order or purchase order, we have an
printable order form -- Order
Form (PDF format 25K size). Print it out, complete it,
and either fax it to us or mail it. Our fax number is (513)

Payment
Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
It is our standard policy not to charge your card before your
order is ready to ship. If you have a backordered item, we
will not charge you until it is filled. You may give us your
credit card information via online, phone (1-513-563-3100),
or fax (513-563-3105). For payment by check or money order,
print out a copy of your completed order form and mail this
to us with your check to Culture for Kids, PO Box 9096 Cincinnati, OH 45209. Check orders
will not shipped until payment is received and has cleared
your bank. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.
Money order and cashier check orders will be processed upon
receipt of payment. We will automatically cancel orders awaiting
checks or money orders if payment is not received within 14
days.

If you feel more comfortable, you can print the order form
and fax, mail or call in your order.
Shipping
When you fill out our online order form, our system automatically
calculates and displays the shipping charges for your inspection.
Note that it typically takes us 24 hours to process your order
before it is shipped. There is an automatic $25 fee billed
to your account if a shipment is refused.

International Shipping (including Canada):
Yes, we gladly ship anywhere in the world and will ship via Airmail(1-2 weeks). We no longer ship via
Surface Mail. We are working diligently to automate the international
shipping feature of our order form. For now, please fill out
the comment box when you fill in the orderform for your preference
for shipping, and we will inform you of the best rates before
processing your order. We have provided a couple of charts to
help you with your estimating your cost. Please email us at

Gift
Certificates
Yes, in any amount over $20.00. There is no additional tax
or shipping and handling charge. You may have them personalized
and sent directly to the recipient with our Culture for Kids
Catalog or sent to you so that you may present the certificate

Return
Policy
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return the
product in its original, saleable condition. We will issue
a full refund for the price of any item you return that meets
these conditions. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
We will issue a return postage only if the return is a result
of our error. Videos, audio, and software are not returnable
once opened unless they are found to be defective. For returns
and exchange, please print the forms and follow the directions.

Canceling
Orders
To cancel an item on back order, contact our Customer Service

Please include your Order Number within the message. If the
order already shipped, you will be notified.

Typographical
Error
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due
to typographical error or error in pricing information, Culture
for Kids shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders
placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Culture
for Kids shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such
orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your
credit card charged. If your credit card has already been
charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Culture
for Kids shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card
account in the amount of the incorrect price. We also reserve
the rights to change shipping fees in the event that the item
is oversized. You will be informed ahead of time.
